The Family Law Association committee has been working alongside their sponsors Brewin Dolphin and Hey Legal to provide to their members a bank of free CPD Seminars.

We are excited to announce that the first bank of seminars launched on the 3rd March 2021.

The FLA has an excellent group of speakers lined up who will focus on key areas of interest in Family law currently, and reference will be made to how thinking has developed in each area over the past 30 years.

You can hear talks from :

  • The Hon Lady Wise (keynote speaker)
  • Janys Scott QC
  • Sheriff Wendy Sheehan
  • Anne Hall Dick of Inkdance Mediation
  • Fiona Murdoch of Brewin Dolphin
  • Neil Hay of MTM Defence Solicitors
  • Ruth Campbell of Family Journeys
  • Iain Walker of French Duncan

and more….

We anticipate twelve or more talks will be released in two batches, the first on Friday 3rd March and then at the end of March.

Content is available for you to watch at any time that suits you over the next couple of months.

Hey Legal has partnered with the FLA to produce this event and we will look after all aspects of your enrolment, along with any support issues you may have.

Family Law Association members will be auto enrolled in the event. Members will receive an email with on-boarding instructions from hey@heylegal.co.uk before talks become available.

This event is free to Family Law Association members.

Non- Members can purchase each batch of seminars at a cost of £120 per batch . We welcome new members. For any Family Law Association enquiries please email us on renewals@familylawassociation.co.uk

Family Law Association vice chair Lesley Anderson, Solicitor Advocate, said:

Thank you to our sponsors Brewin Dolphin and to all of our speakers who have given up their valuable time. Thank you to Hey Legal who have put together this seminar package together in a very professional manner and we couldn’t have done that without their support
