Our latest videos for the Shaping Your Success Channel in partnership with the Law Society of Scotland are now live.

In the first of our new releases, we hear from Jo Berry, the founder of Building Bridges for Peace, a charity dedicated to educating the public in peaceful resolutions in situations of conflict. Jo founded Building Bridges for Peace after her father was killed in the Brighton Hotel bombing in 1984.

In this video, Jo describes how she opted to meet with her father’s killer to hear his story and came to empathise with him. Jo discusses the power of empathy in reframing our understanding and letting go of judgment.
