The Law Society of Scotland Racial Inclusion Group (RIG) launched in early 2021 and seeks to better understand the lived and professional experiences of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) members. The group will report to the Law Society Council with recommendations later this year, but to help them gather information, they have launched a survey.
The survey asks solicitors, solicitor advocates, trainee solicitors and current law students/recent graduates from an ethnic minority background to share their experiences in an online survey.
