In this second part of our Hey Legal Insight series on accessibility, disability and diversity in the legal sector we hear more from our esteemed panel – Rachael Wallace, a law graduate and PhD researcher at the University of Dundee, Lois Ratcliffe, Programme Manager at Inclusion Scotland and Elizabeth Rose, an accredited medical negligence specialist lawyer and founder of L&M MediLaw, which has a particular focus on accessibility within the legal sector.

Our panel discuss disabled people’s experience of becoming involved with the legal sector and the courtroom environment. They explore how can that experience be improved and what measures require to be taken to provide fair hearings, better communications and access to justice for all.
