The Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service has published a document detailing how how the Offices of the Court of Session handle electronic documents and processes. Sharing the document on twitter earlier today the body said:
The document is intended to provide information for court users to support their understanding of our evolving practices as we navigate the transition to digital case papers. It will be updated from time to time as practice evolves. It can be accessed here https://t.co/EdwliTbLwr
