Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Medical Negligence Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE to join our expanding Glasgow-based team. The ideal candidate will have a personal injury background, with experience in medical negligence being desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and is committed to achieving the best results for our clients. We welcome part-time applicants and are happy to accommodate flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of medical negligence claims.
  2. Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
  3. Liaise with medical experts and counsel.
  4. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
  5. Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified solicitor with up to 5 years PQE.
  2. Personal injury background preferable.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
