Specialist litigation law firm Levy & McRae has launched L&M MediLaw, a new offering focused on bringing expertise to medical negligence claims. The venture will be led by Senior Associate Elizabeth Rose who is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in medical negligence claims. Elizabeth and her team will be based at the Glasgow office of Levy & McRae and will represent clients across the whole of Scotland. Elizabeth joined Levy & McRae in 2021 having brought a particular vision to the business as to how she wished to develop their medical negligence claims offering.
L&M MediLaw – a brand with accessibility at heart
An entirely new brand identity has been created with a focus on accessibility and the new website was developed in consultation with accessibility experts. Features include a video walk through of the client experience when visiting the office, infographics outlining the client journey and videos to explain the role of an Advocate and expert witnesses. Elizabeth will also be offering a weekly Virtual Clinic to allow a more informal way for prospective clients to make initial contact. Elizabeth Rose said:

This new initiative by Levy & McRae follows upon the announcement last week of a new Edinburgh office for the firm, and the addition of Neil Hay, Solicitor Advocate to the firm as Partner along with Ray Gribben being promoted to Legal Director.
