In the third part of our Hey Legal Insight series on accessibility, disability and diversity in the legal sector, we hear more from our esteemed panel – Rachael Wallace, a law graduate and PhD researcher at the University of Dundee, Lois Ratcliffe, Programme Manager at Inclusion Scotland and Elizabeth Rose, an accredited medical negligence specialist lawyer and founder of L&M MediLaw, which has a particular focus on accessibility within the legal sector.

The panel turn to look at recruitment processes within the legal sector and the ways that current practices and culture might negatively impact on disabled people. Our speakers explore what can be done to build more diverse and inclusive teams, the benefits this can bring to businesses and more. They also share some valuable insights around accessibility and inclusion that legal sector employers can implement in their practices today.
