Sam Moore , Innovation Manager at Burness Paull and Scotland`s first accredited Legal Technologist discusses the tools and thinking required to take your law firm in to the world of remote working. Sam outlines why communication tools are crucial currently, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, hosting client facing webinars, use of e-signatures, remote onboarding of clients using Amiqus, document review and issues around confidentiality when working from home and the advantages of cloud technology for law firms in the new reality.

Sam is in conversation with Ally Thomson, his fellow tutor at the University of Glasgow where they teach the LLB Diploma course on “Legal Innovation and Technology”, the first course to be taught entirely online at the GU Law School.
