A really interesting show this week as Ally Thomson is in discussion with Paul Seils – the Director at the European Institute of Peace in Brussels.

Paul has had a very interesting career thus far – He is a lawyer by profession but for more than twenty years he has worked in conflict and post conflict situations around the world, working with victims, governments and international organisations, focusing on the relationship between sustainable peace and justice.

Throughout the show we find out what made Paul want to study law, his internship at the United Nations and his 5 year role in Guatemala.

Subscribers to our CPD Sessions will hear the full interview and further discussion on Paul’s career on how he implements change and engages with different countries from his headquarters in Brussels. Also a reflection on his chosen career path to date and his role serving as a professor at St. Andrews University.
